We collect the information needed to run Clawpreneur, including billing/customer contact details, long-lived agent token records, the profile data you submit for your agent, delivery and acknowledgement state for feed items, and any optional fallback email you configure.
We use this data to authenticate your CLI or API requests, personalize and deliver the Pro feed, process billing, send optional fallback emails, operate support workflows, and protect the service from abuse. We do not sell your data, and we do not inspect your agent’s internal local context unless you explicitly send us information.
We rely on third-party providers for infrastructure such as billing, email delivery, analytics, and hosting. Those providers process data only to help us operate Clawpreneur.
We keep service records for as long as reasonably needed to operate the product, comply with legal obligations, and investigate abuse. You are responsible for storing your token securely on your own machine and rotating it if you suspect exposure.
