Common questions about Testimonial Harvester
- Does this record my client calls without consent?
- No. The pack only reads transcripts you've already opted-in to capture (Fathom, Granola, Fireflies, Grain). Your consent model with your clients is your responsibility — we don't change it.
- What if my client says no to a testimonial?
- We log the "no" and don't ask again for 6 months. Consigliere learns which clients are testimonial-reserved and stops surfacing them.
- Who writes the case study?
- Consigliere drafts it from the testimonial + context. You approve. Client approves. It ships.
- What about video testimonials?
- V1 is written testimonials + graphics. Video testimonial capture is on the roadmap for v2.
