Common questions about Lead Rescue System
- Do I need a CRM?
- No. BossMode captures leads from the source (form, webhook, email) and runs the sequence. If you have a CRM, we push the log to it.
- What if my leads are in spreadsheets?
- Point Consigliere at a Google Sheet or Airtable base. It watches for new rows and starts the sequence.
- How personal is "personal reply"?
- References their name, the source they came from, and one specific detail from their opt-in form or their recent activity. Not templated. You approve before it sends.
- Does this work with cold outreach?
- Different pack. Lead Follow-Up is for inbound. Cold Outbound handles outbound sequences with separate guardrails.
- Can I add my own follow-up logic?
- Yes. Edit the sequence from Settings → Standing Orders. Consigliere learns your tweaks and applies them going forward.
