- You do — with help. On install, the pack walks you through a setup interview: ICP, budget bands, disqualifiers. Takes 15 minutes. You can tune it any time.
- What if the scorer gets it wrong?
- Every decision is visible in your review queue. Override any score. Consigliere learns your overrides and tunes the rubric.
- Does this replace my calendar tool?
- No. Uses your existing Calendly / Cal.com / Savvycal. Pack just routes which applicants get the link.
- How does the decline template sound?
- Gracious, not templated. References their specific situation. Suggests a resource if appropriate. Never lies about why.
