Every commitment gets out of your head.
Start a project in conversation, capture a task from the board, drop a transcript, or let the scheduler create follow-up work. It all lands in one ledger of truth.
The PM Engine is a project-control system that captures every commitment when it happens, routes it to the right owner, chases evidence, and hands you a signed Friday Wrap: what shipped, what slipped, and what needs your decision.
[The real bottleneck]
Calls, Telegram, Slack, a random note, a client ask, a recurring SOP, a task import, a meeting transcript, or a sentence you said at 9pm. Each one a quiet promise.
You remember who owes what, assign late, follow up later, and become the only person who knows what slipped. Your business is bottlenecked on your memory.
By Friday, the work you thought was moving is sitting in someone's head, someone's DM, or nowhere at all. The status meeting is where you find out.
Median time founders spend chasing status, drafting reminders, and routing work between owners.
Of tasks marked "done" in typical PM tools, 38% have no audit trail. The Engine refuses to close them until evidence lands.
Median pipeline-at-risk for a small operator team in a single week of dropped follow-up. Sized to a $1.2M ARR business.
[The Close-the-Loop Engine]
Four jobs run continuously, like the four cylinders of an engine. Every commitment becomes a tracked event with a known owner and an evidence requirement.
Start a project in conversation, capture a task from the board, drop a transcript, or let the scheduler create follow-up work. It all lands in one ledger of truth.
Missing owner, fuzzy deadline, risky send, ambiguous transcript item, new-project candidate? Goes to approval or clarification queue — never silent chaos.
Uses any safe channel already connected — Slack, Telegram, email, or local fallback. Reminders, escalations, no-reply tracking, all on autopilot.
A task closes only when explicit evidence arrives. The Friday Wrap shows shipped, blocked, slipped, no-reply, decisions needed, and the hours-back receipt.
[Friday at 4:53pm]
One requires you. One runs on its own and reports.
[Inside the Engine]
Each capability replaces a category of work you currently do at 11pm or wish you'd done at 10am.
This is a premium offer. We don't hand you a license and disappear. The concierge install includes weekly tuning calls until your Engine is producing a clean, evidence-backed Friday Wrap on its own. We don't stop the work when the contract ends — we stop when the wrap signs itself.

[The Founders' Manifest · 30 seats · 24 left]
This is not a soft launch. It's a deliberate cap. The first thirty installs get founder-direct concierge, lifetime grandfathered pricing, and a credited fingerprint on v4. After that, the price doubles, the door tightens, and the Engine you're looking at today never costs this little again.
[Honest disclosure]
A premium product earns trust by saying what it isn't. Three things this isn't for.
Linear, ClickUp, Asana, Notion, HubSpot, Gmail — keep them. The Engine is a control layer above them. If you wanted yet another board to babysit, this isn't it.
Every outbound chase passes through your approval queue first by default. The Engine asks before it speaks. If you want a fully-autonomous chatbot, buy a different product.
Done means proof here. If your culture rewards “I think it shipped?”, the Engine will surface that — and you'll have to do the human work. The Friday Wrap is a mirror, not a hammer.
[The math · your numbers]
Most operators underestimate this by 3–4×. Move the sliders. The Engine's payback shows up live, on the right.
[Pick your install]
For the operator who wants the engine, today, hands on the wheel.
For the owner who wants it installed, validated, and signing the Friday Wrap by week one.
For the business that wants accountability, tuning, and the full bridge into BossMode.
[Real questions]
No. A transcript is one input. The Engine starts and tracks projects from a direct conversation, manual setup, message evidence, recurring workflows, scheduled check-ins, task-tool imports, or transcript ingestion. Seven entry lanes total.
No — and this is the point. Completion requires evidence: a message reply, task-tool status event, operator instruction, or another configured evidence source. No evidence means it keeps chasing or reports it as no-reply / slipped on the Friday Wrap.
No. The ledger is the source of truth. Your tools are work surfaces and projections. The Engine pushes work out and reads evidence back in where configured. Most operators keep the tool they have and let the Engine drive it.
No. The Engine uses any safe messaging target already connected — Telegram, Slack, email, etc. With no external channel, local mode still works and chases via direct messages.
You get a thank-you page and email with a one-time install handoff and your license token. Copy it once, paste it once. The skill installs, the license activates, your local ledger is created, and setup questions begin in normal language.
For concierge and Ops Control tiers: if your Friday Wrap isn't signing itself with evidence by the end of week four, we keep working with you — calls, async, tuning — until it is. We don't survey and ghost. The work continues until the Engine produces clean output on its own. Self-install is supported by docs and updates for one year.
Yes. The standalone Engine is the project-control layer. BossMode is the full command layer: Consigliere interface, AvatarCzar context, dashboard, approvals, cloud sync, expansion. Your setup carries over.
[Install the chase]
Capture, structure, assign, chase, escalate, digest, remember decisions, and ship the Friday Wrap. Founder-signed. Concierge onboarding included from $4,997.
No email collected here. We tell you which tier fits before you spend a dollar — and which one to skip if it isn't the right call this quarter.
