BOSSMODE / The PM Engine The engine Pricing FAQ Qualify in 30s
v3.2 — installing today · concierge onboarding

Stop being the human router
for every project.

The PM Engine is a project-control system that captures every commitment when it happens, routes it to the right owner, chases evidence, and hands you a signed Friday Wrap: what shipped, what slipped, and what needs your decision.

No refunds · we keep building until your Friday Wrap signs itself

[The real bottleneck]

Your business doesn't need another list.
It needs the chase.

01 / SCATTER

Projects start everywhere.

Calls, Telegram, Slack, a random note, a client ask, a recurring SOP, a task import, a meeting transcript, or a sentence you said at 9pm. Each one a quiet promise.

02 / ROUTING

The owner becomes the router.

You remember who owes what, assign late, follow up later, and become the only person who knows what slipped. Your business is bottlenecked on your memory.

03 / SILENCE

The team gets information last.

By Friday, the work you thought was moving is sitting in someone's head, someone's DM, or nowhere at all. The status meeting is where you find out.

Hours / week / founder
10+

Median time founders spend chasing status, drafting reminders, and routing work between owners.

Tasks closed without evidence
38%

Of tasks marked "done" in typical PM tools, 38% have no audit trail. The Engine refuses to close them until evidence lands.

Avg. value of one missed week
$8.2k

Median pipeline-at-risk for a small operator team in a single week of dropped follow-up. Sized to a $1.2M ARR business.

[The Close-the-Loop Engine]

Capture. Clarify.
Chase. Prove.

Four jobs run continuously, like the four cylinders of an engine. Every commitment becomes a tracked event with a known owner and an evidence requirement.

01 CAPTURE

Every commitment gets out of your head.

Start a project in conversation, capture a task from the board, drop a transcript, or let the scheduler create follow-up work. It all lands in one ledger of truth.

02 CLARIFY

It asks before it guesses.

Missing owner, fuzzy deadline, risky send, ambiguous transcript item, new-project candidate? Goes to approval or clarification queue — never silent chaos.

03 CHASE

Follow-up runs where work happens.

Uses any safe channel already connected — Slack, Telegram, email, or local fallback. Reminders, escalations, no-reply tracking, all on autopilot.

04 PROVE

Done means evidence, not vibes.

A task closes only when explicit evidence arrives. The Friday Wrap shows shipped, blocked, slipped, no-reply, decisions needed, and the hours-back receipt.

[Friday at 4:53pm]

The week ends two ways.
Pick the one that signs itself.

Without the Engine —

You're still the source of truth

  • "I'll DM them again Monday"
  • Half the tasks marked done with no proof
  • Three tools, four boards, one head full of who-owes-what
  • Status meetings that exist to find out what slipped
  • Recurring work that quietly stops recurring
  • You as the single point of failure for follow-up
With the Engine —

The Friday Wrap signs itself

  • 12 shipped — each with a linked evidence thread
  • 3 chasing autonomously, 24h+ late, owners notified
  • 2 decisions queued for you, with full context attached
  • 1 escalated past 48h no-reply, suggested next move ready
  • Risk scan: scope drift on PM-026, dependencies flagged
  • Hours back this week: 11h 24m, signed receipt

One requires you. One runs on its own and reports.

▸ Founder-signed promise

If the Friday Wrap isn't signing itself by week four — we keep building until it does.

This is a premium offer. We don't hand you a license and disappear. The concierge install includes weekly tuning calls until your Engine is producing a clean, evidence-backed Friday Wrap on its own. We don't stop the work when the contract ends — we stop when the wrap signs itself.

[The Founders' Manifest · 30 seats · 24 left]

Thirty operators get to name the version of this engine that ships at scale.

This is not a soft launch. It's a deliberate cap. The first thirty installs get founder-direct concierge, lifetime grandfathered pricing, and a credited fingerprint on v4. After that, the price doubles, the door tightens, and the Engine you're looking at today never costs this little again.

What you get inside the cohort

The privileges, plainly.

  • Founder-direct concierge for install & the first 30 days — a number, not a ticket queue
  • Lifetime grandfathered pricing — locked across every future tier we ship
  • Your install patterns shape v4. Operators are credited by name in-product
  • Priority access to the BossMode platform when it opens
  • The most generous founder promise we will ever sign — by design, not policy
Cohort closes 14 days · 24 of 30 seats remaining
Why this seat is worth taking

The math behind the cap.

  • The Engine has run on the founder's own business for 4 months — Friday Wraps signing themselves weekly
  • Concierge time doesn't scale. Thirty is the honest number we can stand behind without dilution
  • This is the only window where the founder is in the install with you, line-by-line
  • Pricing rises the moment the cohort closes — no discounts, no exceptions, no come-back
  • You won't see this offer again. The next door opens at v4, at twice the cost, with a waitlist

[Honest disclosure]

What the Engine doesn't do.

A premium product earns trust by saying what it isn't. Three things this isn't for.

It doesn't replace

Your PM tool, your CRM, or your inbox.

Linear, ClickUp, Asana, Notion, HubSpot, Gmail — keep them. The Engine is a control layer above them. If you wanted yet another board to babysit, this isn't it.

It doesn't auto-send

Messages on your behalf without approval.

Every outbound chase passes through your approval queue first by default. The Engine asks before it speaks. If you want a fully-autonomous chatbot, buy a different product.

It doesn't fix

A team that won't commit to evidence.

Done means proof here. If your culture rewards “I think it shipped?”, the Engine will surface that — and you'll have to do the human work. The Friday Wrap is a mirror, not a hammer.

[The math · your numbers]

Drag the sliders.
Watch the hours come back.

What is your routing tax actually costing?

Most operators underestimate this by 3–4×. Move the sliders. The Engine's payback shows up live, on the right.

[Real questions]

The stuff you're probably wondering.

Does a project require a transcript?

No. A transcript is one input. The Engine starts and tracks projects from a direct conversation, manual setup, message evidence, recurring workflows, scheduled check-ins, task-tool imports, or transcript ingestion. Seven entry lanes total.

Does it know a task is done because it assigned it?

No — and this is the point. Completion requires evidence: a message reply, task-tool status event, operator instruction, or another configured evidence source. No evidence means it keeps chasing or reports it as no-reply / slipped on the Friday Wrap.

Does it replace Slack, Linear, ClickUp, Notion, or Asana?

No. The ledger is the source of truth. Your tools are work surfaces and projections. The Engine pushes work out and reads evidence back in where configured. Most operators keep the tool they have and let the Engine drive it.

Do I need Slack to use it?

No. The Engine uses any safe messaging target already connected — Telegram, Slack, email, etc. With no external channel, local mode still works and chases via direct messages.

What happens after checkout?

You get a thank-you page and email with a one-time install handoff and your license token. Copy it once, paste it once. The skill installs, the license activates, your local ledger is created, and setup questions begin in normal language.

What is the founder-signed promise, exactly?

For concierge and Ops Control tiers: if your Friday Wrap isn't signing itself with evidence by the end of week four, we keep working with you — calls, async, tuning — until it is. We don't survey and ghost. The work continues until the Engine produces clean output on its own. Self-install is supported by docs and updates for one year.

Can I use it inside BossMode later?

Yes. The standalone Engine is the project-control layer. BossMode is the full command layer: Consigliere interface, AvatarCzar context, dashboard, approvals, cloud sync, expansion. Your setup carries over.
